Highlights:

This multi-family property in Silver Spring, MD required a complete refresh for it’s existing balconies.

Scope of work included:

Removal of existing steel-framed balconies
Replacing balconies with all new pressure-treated lumber,
Installation of aluminum railings and new concrete footings
New deck staining to finish the project and preserve wood for years to come
